Splinter is a poor soul. He’s missing part of his lower jaw, but we’re not really sure why or how. Our vet is pretty sure he can see, but probably not particularly well. He eats by licking stuff up and still loves treats. He will need a very special home to spend the rest of his days, can you provide one?
